Beer Description
Connectikook IPA showcases the new Idaho #7 experimental hop (also known as 007: The Golden Hop). We’ve used this hop before in Synapse Lapse, but this time we took away the bourbon barrel and crystal malts, allowing the hop to clearly shine through the light malt base. Backed by Eureka (another new hop variety formerly known as Experimental 05256), Connectikook is our requisite juice bomb. It’s pure guava, baby, with additional notes of apricot, black tea, and pine. Soft on the palate and light on the finish, Connectikook IPA perfectly blends flavor and drinkability.
