The Lake Erie Ale Trail presents “Hawt Roxxx” their 2016 Collaboration Brew.
Hawt Roxxx is a light brown ale brewed with light malt and caramel flavors from sugar caramelization. The caramelization process occurred when red hot granite rocks were submerged many times during the boil.
Hawt Roxxx is a 5.2% traditionally brewed stein bier. Prost!
