Beer Description
When Father Jacques Marquette left his childhood home in Northern France, he had no idea he’d be the first Frenchman to visit a place now called Arkansas. He also had no idea that centuries later a tiny brewery in said place would name a beer in his honor. We hope he appreciates (from the afterlife of course, he’d been dead since 1675) our interpretation of the style his home region is famous for. Similar to a saison but more malt forward, this spicy and effervescent brew has always been made with summer in mind.
