Ruby, reddish-amber colored light ale that is rich and smooth, yet delicate with a malty bouquet which boasts notes of caramel sweetness on the nose from the masterful blend of Pilsner & Vienna malts. It drinks light and refreshing, yet well-rounded and full-bodied, with a soft and mellow bittersweet finish typical of English Style Ales. Perfect for hors d鈥檕euvres, pizza, pasta with strong spicy sauces, grilled beef and pork dishes, quinoa, charcuterie and seasoned cheeses.
