Beer Description
The brewers of Rustic Road and Public Craft Brewing decided to take Kenosha on a unique hop journey for this year’s Craft Beer Week. The adventure begins with Best Malz’s RedX, a new German malt that delivers a spicy, nutty character in a distinctive red color. A pinch of flaked rye adds complexity. The interplay of Cascade, Centennial and Mosaic hops will leave a complex, flavorful memory of what a group of brewers can do when they boldly color outside the lines.
