Monark has been created in honor of the majestic deer, proud monarch of the forest. With its amber hue, this brew offers your palate a lively, honest character and an ideal bittersweet taste. As it reveals the Citra hop’s signature notes of citrus and lychee, it also serves to symbolize the deer’s fine balance of agility and nobility. This ale features a consistent and bitter flavour, beautifully complementing spicy and savoury dishes.
