Beer Description
A wild yeast fermented cyser, blended from apple cider and honey wine aged together in Rum Barrels.
Then blended with multiple barrels of Methly plum wine, Oud Plum developed a complex aroma of sweet plums. Together the blend creates a sharp tartness with a woody juxtaposition of plum and rum. Bottle conditioned with blueberry honey.
