Beer Description
Blended with house made ice cider, this apple brandy offers a caramel apple feel to a hearty libation.
Our interpretation of the French style Pommeau. Collaborating with New Columbia Distillers, we distilled our oak aged cider into apple brandy. Pomme Jacque then aged in Hungarian oak barrels for an additional nine months.
