Beer Description
Convivium: Latin for ‘The Banquet’. An ancient form of beer called a “gruit” which is brewed with herbs. Convivium is bittered and flavored with Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme and fermented with Abby Belgian yeast, specifically to be paired with the Thanksgiving feast.
