Beer Description
This is the simple table version, fermented with a rustic farmhouse strain and a single brettanomyces strain.
Last March we got together with our friends 3 Stars Brewing Company to brew the follow up to Ricky Rose, called Meek Millet, a wheat, buckwheat and millet saison fermented and aged in one of our foudre. Clean but complex flavor emphasizing the contribution from the buckwheat and millet.
