Beer Description
Light golden straw color with a pillow of white laced foam, 25/200 has craft goodness written all over it. Spritely resinous hop aromas waft off your glass as the clean lager yeast allows hops to take center stage. Extended fermentation time helps to balance malt smoothness. Citrusy and piney hop bitterness dominate the flavor but biscuit malt flavors are still discernable. Clean and refreshing, 25/200 finishes crisp. A collaboration with Odell Brewing Company that coincided with their 25th year and our 200th day of making beer here in Fort Collins. Our thanks and congratulations go out to our friends at Odell and we toast to another 25 years and 200 days of fabulous. Cheers!
