The all-star of this ale is a hop called “Summer.” This spawn of the noble hop, Saaz, is subtle and used in abundance contributing slight aromas of hop spice, earthiness, and tropical melon. American ale yeast helps to provide a crispness that is dry but balanced. Deep yellow color and a light body make this summer beer approachable and sessionable.
