Beer Description
Single batch whiskey barrel aged quadrupel ale with a sour cherry finish from cellar aging.
Each year we take one batch of beer we think showcases the brewery’s direction and release a limited run of Abbot’s Reserve. 2015 began with our Rockefeller Red Flanders-Style Red Ale. It was then aged for three months on whiskey oak before bottle conditioning for a full year. Tarrytown-grown hops and wild yeast native to our village celebrates Duncan’s Abbey’s anniversary in Tarrytown, NY. We hope you enjoy our special release and look forward to the next year together.
