Beer Description
Idora Park was an amusement park that existed just a few blocks away from us from 1903-1929. It was created as place for families, friends, and lovers to gather and enjoy themselves and each other- much like what we’re trying to do with Temescal Brewing.
We wanted to brew a beer using peaches but didn’t want to over do it. Idora is a Saison with just a touch of peach (peach kissed if you will) to pull the peachy esters out of the Belgian Saison yeast strain. Classic Saison spiciness, peach pit, sweet coriander, clove, tea-like, and just a little bit of bubble gum make up this soft-yet-juicy Saison.
