Beer Description
This delicate summer beer is a Maryland collaboration between Charm City Meadworks and Denizens Brewing Company. We fermented the beer in open fermenters with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, then aged it for three months in New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc barrels. Subtle notes of pineapple, oats, and honey are present in the nose and aroma, while each sip finishes tangy and dry with a soft mouthfeel. Flavorful without being robust, this is perfect for the summertime heat.
