Beer Description
This brew uses a new blend of Northwest Hops called Falconer’s Flight that has been created by Hopunion to honor brewer Glen Hay Falconer (you can learn more about Glen here). Among the hops in the blend are Citra, Simcoe and Sorachi Ace. In the spirit of our Citra DIPA, this beer is extensively dry hopped and extremely drinkable (8% abv, 78 IBU).
