Beer Description
We had our first club member roll a beer ingredient dice set on our mash tun and we built a beer with the results. The beer can be best described as a confused ESB. It is bittered with Admiral hops, an old school Brittish hop, then finished with Cascade (American) and Spalt (German). The other non traditional ESB ingredient the dice gave us was naked oats so the beer should have a satiny finish.
