Beer Description
Hoppy Pilsner, modeled after the pilsners brewed in Northern Germany, has a firm bitterness, dry-hopped with Czech Saaz, and a golden straw color that comes from Weyermann Pilsner malt. This combination is then fermented with a distinctive German Lager yeast, and allowed to traditionally lager until it reaches perfection. Our dry-hopped Pilsner is the ideal representation of a crisp, clean, flavorful, yet refreshing beer.
