Our hottest summertime tradition is back! Every summer we can’t wait to brew this sizzling farmhouse style ale using one of the hottest peppers in the world – the ghost pepper! But, don’t let that scare you off! Earthy, spicy notes from these ghost peppers are balanced with fruity esters from Belle Saison yeast, and herbal, citrus notes from Cascade and Mt. Hood hops. This is an ideal companion to your backyard barbecues, long rugged hikes, and sunny lakeside picnics. Especially complementary for marinades and other cooking uses. Get it while it’s hot!
Tasting notes: Effervescent with a soft white head, fruity Belgian-style aromatics, huge pepper flavor and moderate heat up front, balanced with earthy, herbal notes and a sweet malt body as the heat fades
