Still dry and berry delicious.
Every now and then we take one of our tried and true recipes and add a little twist. This is our Mr. Pinkerton American Wheat finished with Saison yeast. You’ll still find the doughy base, Nelson Sauvin hops, tart hibiscus tones and the lovely scarlet rosè hue set off with the distinction of Saison fruit and funk esters.
