Beer Description
Named after and brewed by our soldiers of late night brewing and cellaring, Jon Cox and David Barrett. Barrettor-Coxinator is a traditional dopplebock style lager, fermented with a unique strain of Carlsberg lager yeast courtesy of our good friends at Redwood Curtain Brewing in Arcata, Ca. This brew pours a deep ruddy reddish brown with a tan head. Decadently rich and malty, with deep aromas and flavors of chocolate raisins and bread pudding. Sweet, warming finish with light hop spiciness. This is a smooth sipping lager for the early days of spring enjoyment.
