Our Hudson Valley Harvest Plum Ale is a naturally fermented wild ale from Tarrytown, NY. With two plums per pint, this sour ale blends local produce and wild yeast from the Hudson Valley. We ferment the ale on spent oak and finished with Tarrytown-grown hops. This wild ale is the Hudson Valley in a glass.
