Beer Description
Say What?! is our Belgian Russian Imperial Stout conditioned in Four Rose Bourbon Barrels. By sitting in these barrels for 3 months, the wood & bourbon imparted flavors of oak, vanilla and of course whiskey into the already smooth, roasty, chocolate notes of the stout. Every time we tell someone that we made a Bourbon Barreled Belgian Russian Imperial Stout, the most common response is, “Say What”?!, hence the name. Enjoy, but please drink responsibly because, this ale still sits around 12.5% a.b.v.
