I KNOW, I KNOW…nobody wants to drink a pickle. Well, that’s not entirely true. IT seems this concept can be polarizing, but those who are brave enough to lift a glass of this sour ale aged in oak with homegrown dill & cucumbers are more often rewarded than appalled.
The refreshing flavor of cucumbers paired with asseritive tartness of barrell aged sour ale & the earthy spice of dill equate to a delicious beverage. Disagree? Well, just DILL with it.
