NYS grown Centennial, Cascade, Chinook & Nugget hops give the beer a spicy aroma, with a balanced bitterness to match the rich malty flavor.
Brewed with our friends from Indian Ladder Farmstead, we are celebrating the harvest of New York State ingredients. 50% of the grain bill was NYS grown and malted Synergy pale malt & un-malted oats, complimented by German Munich malt. NYS grown Centennial, Cascade, Chinook & Nugget hops give the beer a spicy aroma, with a balanced bitterness to match the rich malty flavor.
