Beer Description
Our Imperial Molé Stout is allowed to ferment and is then aged on Papa New Guinea coffee, raisins, Ancho and Serrano peppers, cumin, allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon. This aging on traditional molé spices produces a complex aroma and flavor profile that is well worth the eight weeks it takes to produce it.
