Beer Description
Pilsner and German Dark Munich malts are used to create our base Dunkel recipe and capture its signature smooth mouth feel and deep machogany hues. Two light additions of German Hallertau hops keep the hop profile low put pleasant. We finished the beer off by fermenting it on an American Ale yeast, rather then to traditional lagering process. The resulting mash up of styles is a rich and malty homage to one of the oldest regulated beer styles to come our of Germany.
