The wine tannins and significant Brett character intermingles with an array of dark fruity and floral characters, ending with a tart and dry finish.
Separate Quarters #6 was a long delicate process and in the end has developed a unique set of characteristics. A clear, amber color with a short white head that fades quickly due to acidity. It leaves behind a beautiful “Belgian Lace.
