Beer Description
Bavarian-style dark wheat ale made with barley, wheat, and hops: liquid banana nut bread.
Dark malts form a rich, bready foundation for our wheat beer yeast’s banana character to give the drinker the illusion that they are enjoying a slice of dark banana bread. As is typical in wheat beers, hops take the back seat. Banana bread aromas are complimented with a touch of roast. This low alcohol beer is definitely not low on flavor. It finishes clean and dry, just what you’ve come to expect from a Riggs Beer.
