Beer Description
Cider dry-hopped with Equinox hops. Dry and crisp with herbal aromas of daisy and clover; flavors of citrus and Sauvignon Blanc.
The cider is a blend of certified organic Red Delicious and tart Minnesota Haralson apples. This is cider refreshment with wine complexity. While we tested 9 different hops, we decided on dry-hopping with Equinox as it moved the cider toward a refreshing, effervescent sauvingon blanc. It is truly cider refreshment with wine complexity.
