Toccalmatto is a brewery that shares with us the love for beers characterized as tasty but still easy to drink. Before leaving for the United States to build a new brewery in his name, Alex Liberati – deus ex machina of the brand- went from Fidenza for a collaboration, one that was to make his mark … and here’s the challenge: a Golden Quadrupel! A beer that finds its completion in the paradox, as rich as a Quadrupel and but refined like a golden ale, expressing its intensity with a complex bouquet of malty notes and yeast but that hides its strength with a clean, dry finish.
