True to the Saison style, this beer finishes refreshingly dry, perfect to pair with holiday dishes.
This unique dark Saison has a pleasant acidity and showcases dark fruit and dark malt flavors (including chocolate rye). After fermentation, Oregon Cranberries are added to provide a hint of tartness, and nice depth.
