Beer Description
We ended up with a double. By hopping this beer later in the boil, we are able to create the perfect balance between hop flavor, bitterness and aroma.
This is our very first, “big batch”. We ran it through three brewing software calculators that all told us that we would end up with a standard IPA. Lucky for us, and you, the efficiency was greater than expected. This beer will shine with a spicy/robust meal or an after dinner cigar.
