Beer Description
Wild Farmwell Wheat is on draught at Lost Rhino tasting room. Itβs a nice summer beer, there is definitely a lot of yeast going on, but its not in the way of the beer at all. IBU=30, ABV ~5%. The wild yeast falls out only very slowly, resulting in a wheat beer reminiscent of a German hefeweiss. The sulfur has dissipated mostly, but lingers slighty. This yeast is hard to tame. Go try it out!
