Beer Description
Our interpretation has a strong malt presence, both sweet and grainy, with subtle spicy or floral notes from the noble hops, a pleasant fruity yeast character.
This traditional style originated in Cologne, Germany, and is still to this day their everyday drinking beer. “Mutti” is the German word for mom, and one of our owner’s mother’s grew up in Cologne. This beer is proudly named in honor of her.
