Beer Description
We use the finest Barley Malt to capture the earthy flavor associated with imported Scotch ales and single malt scotches.
This traditional Scottish-Style Ale is all you need to keep warm through a NY winter. We then use a 2-hour boiling process to produce the fine amber color and caramel flavor. A gentle hop addition is used to balance the elevated alcohol content of this hearty winter ale.
