Beer Description
Originally brewed as a homebrew by Adam to commemorate his dog, the late Solomon. This is a low-gravity take on the dark and hoppy beers that originated in the Pacific Northwest. Brewed with generous amounts of Chinook and Simcoe hops to provide a piney and earthy bouquet. The dark color comes from Midnight Wheat Malt, which adds the darkness and a slight smoky flavor. At only 4.3% this little black and resinous guy is a true to style session ale.
