Beer Description
This traditional “white” beer is brewed with white wheat and pilsner malt, gently hopped with Hallertaus, and then infused with orange peel and whole coriander to add a subtle citrus note. The yeast strain adds a phenolic clove note to the beer, producing a simple yet flavorful brew. As the Bard said, “Brevity is the soul of Wit.”
