Beer Description
Brewed with German Pilsner and wheat malts with a healthy dash of rye, this beer is soured with a blend of Lactobacilius before getting a quick boil with some fruity and floral Sybilla hops from Poland. The beer is then transferred to oak barrels and pitched with Saison yeast.
