Beer Description
White wheat & flaked oats is balanced with a hint of Cascade hops complimenting the citrus character of the Orange Peel, Coriander and Peaches.
This beer is our take on a traditional Belgian style Wit with a slight American twist! A hazy and refreshing malt bill featuring White Wheat & Flaked Oats is balanced with a hint of Cascade hops, to lend a bit of grapefruit aroma that compliments the citrus character of the orange peel, coriander and peaches. Over 80lbs of Peach Puree is added after fermentation to round out the finish. Cheers & enjoy this ultra refreshing witte beer.
