A beautiful golden brew with ample head, slightly creamy mouthfeel, smooth dry finish, and a mosaic of tropical hop flavors that are anything but ordinary.
Introducing the Lost Borough’s Mosaic Smash Ale. The third in our series of SMaSH Beers. Single Mat, Single Hop, and 100% Mosaic. Mosaic Hops are the first born child of Simcoe. Some have described it as Citra on steroids, but it’s much more than that. Rich in Mango, lemon, citrus, earthy pine, tropical fruit, herbal and stone fruit notes. This particle brew has a whopping 4lbs, half of which are a wet hop addition during fermentation. The result is a beautiful golden brew with ample head, slightly creamy mouthfeel, smooth dry finish, and a mosaic of tropical hop flavors that are anything but ordinary.
