Our very first sour aged beer, this unique and complex beer spent 8 months aging in bourbon barrels with a blend of souring bacteria and yeasts.
Strong notes of oak and dark fruit up front, followed by a taste of dry tartness and a finish of unmistakable roast. No growler fills.
