Designed by Mary Morgan, the Head Brewer at our Harrisonburg Taproom, and brewed with 75% Virginia-grown ingredients, this festive, medium-bodied ale offers a whole new outlook on a fall-time beer. The backbone of this amber ale is the 2-row barley grown and malted by Copper Fox Distillery in Sperryville, VA. The forefront of this beer is the apple cider made from Nelson County apples grown and pressed at Silver Creek & Seaman Orchards in Tyro, VA. Lastly, What would an Apple Crumb be without cinnamon? Thanks to the good folks at Spice Diva of Charlottesville, VA for providing this essential autumn spice, and rounding out the flavor.
