Beer Description
This low-strength saison is bright-eyed and bushy-tailed; dry and pleasantly tart, flavors of ripe seedy blueberry and Saison spice.
At itsβ core this beer is simple, spicy yeast and citrus forward hops jive with wheat, oats, barley and lemon peel. We love the refined yet rustic character of the base but we flipped the table on our table saison and that table was covered in wild blueberries! We gilded the lily and aged the Legs on 100 lbs of blueberries.
