Red Dawn Saison is brewed for the coming Spring weather in NM. It is rustic, sharp and aggressive.
It has aromas of tropical fruit, clove and baking spices, bread and honey, lemon peel and herbal tea. it is full bodied, but dry and firm in the finish. It’s just the thing you need to hunker down and weather the storm or maybe the thing you need to gather the courage to head back outside and fight on.
