Beer Description
Imperial IPA style Braggot with raspberry.
We started this beast with a big grain bill that we bumped up using a generous dose of California wildflower honey in the primary fermentation and then we added two pounds of raspberries per gallon into the secondary fermentation to maintain the flavor, color and aroma from the Raspberry.
