Beer Description
An intense ruby colored beer that is very malt forward and of moderate strength. this is a complex Trappist ale with rich malty flavors and aromas.
There are also hints of dark dried cherries and raisins. You can feel a light alcohol warmth mingled with the malt sweetness yet the beer finishes fairly dry and effervescent.
