Beer Description
Rich malt character of dark chocolate, espresso coffee and hints of caramel and toast. Mild pepper spice from ancho chilies, and layers of vanilla and cinnamon,
Aged on American Oak, Cacao Nibs, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Ancho Chilies, and Ceylon Cinnamon. It boasts a rich malt character of dark chocolate, espresso coffee and hints of caramel and toast. It’s velvety like body lends a pleasant sweetness that gives away to a strong roasty finish. Vanilla and cinnamon flavors are layered throughout with the ancho chilies hitting you mid-palate with a mild pepper spice. The American Oak lends to a drier finish and moderate earthy undertones while enhancing the vanilla bean flavor.
