Beer Description
Ginger is such a versatile spice. It livens everything from wicked curries to warm christmas cookies. This summer I was drinking a lot of Ginger Ale (the good stuff from Northwoods Soda) and it got me thinking about how nicely ginger and apples could play together. So in the spirit of improv we made this great Ginger Cider. I can’t wait to sip one in the warm weather on our patio.
This is a great cider with sushi. Think about having curry with it too. As with all our wines the ginger is delicate. Making things too obvious has never been interesting to us.
