Beer Description
This is a Hefeweizen for hop-heads. Fermented with a traditional Bavarian Hefeweizen yeast and aggressively dry-hopped like an IPA, we crammed so much hop-flavor into this beer that it only slightly resembles its European ancestor. Traditional haze and notes of banana and clove are an elegant backdrop for this brew’s tremendous tropical fruit and citrus aromas.
